Started rowing in city of Derry Boat Club 4 years ago and joined the PaddyPower IRC at the same time. I am now back in France where I row for ''Aviron Bayonnais'' most of my erging is done during the winter period as I''m now focused on OTW rowing. the training program I follow involves quite a bit of cross training (running, cycling or swimming) as well as a significant number of weight sessions ( circuits + heavy weights)
